I have not been able to set a condition which only targets helmets in isolation. So for regular spell cost reduction 3 pieces are counted, and the 4th piece only counts when you're wearing a helmet. Mods which add armor pieces are no longer detrimental. -4th layer of spell cost increase only applied when wearing helmet.-Incoming unarmed damage from humanoids is multiplied by 3.97 so that brawls are fair now.-Dwarven automaton armor rating to 400.-Flame atronach nerfed: basic version has no fireball spell.-High level mages/thalmor magic damage nerfed common mages now go up to 80% extra damage.
